We laugh at parking situations, not people. No public comments or direct messages are available.
Only submit photos you personally took and have the rights to share.
Never take photos while driving, trespass, confront anyone, or put yourself at risk.
No visible license plates, faces, identifying branding, or precise locations in published photos.
No targeting people, repeated tracking, personal insults, or accusations of crimes.
No photos involving emergencies, children, or potentially misleading situations.
All photos require human review before publication.
Reporting and removal: Contact the site administrator to request urgent removal. Use the Report a Photo page for member reports or urgent takedown requests. Moderators must monitor both Supabase reports and Netlify Forms.
A complete privacy policy, terms, copyright process, and Canadian legal review remain required before public launch.
Privacy notice
Parking Fail Club collects account information through Supabase authentication, photo submissions, contest votes and reports to operate the service. Submitted original photographs are held in private storage. Only manually reviewed, redacted and separately published copies may be shown publicly.
Do not submit faces, readable license plates, addresses, names or other identifying details. We may remove content when privacy concerns arise. Your account provider and our hosting and storage providers process information necessary to operate the service.
For privacy concerns, use . This is a launch draft; have Canadian legal counsel review it before broad public promotion.
Community terms — draft
Submit only photographs you took or have permission to submit. No harassment, threats, identifying information, trespassing or dangerous photography. You grant permission for approved redacted copies to be displayed in Parking Fail Club contests and promotional sharing; you retain ownership of your work.
Moderators may reject or remove content. Votes are limited to one per member per contest and subject to eligibility rules. There are no public comments.

Keep it about parking, not people. Never identify, contact or shame a driver. All photos require review and manual redaction before separate publication approval. Automatic redaction is not provided.
